Solutions Designer – UX/UI

Salary: £40,000 – 60,000 per year

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience translating client requirements into clear, usable, implementable solutions
• Strong experience in solutions design, requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specifications
• Essential experience across UI, user flows, and user journeys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial services or financial software sector is a strong advantage
• We are seeking UK-based candidates with 5+ years of UK work experience due to financial checks
• This is a permanent role only, and we do not offer visa support or visa transfer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with global clients, product, BA, and software development teams to deliver successful change
• Translate client requirements into clear, usable, and implementable solutions
• Contribute to solutions design, requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specifications
• Support UI, user flow, and user journey work as part of the wider product and BA team

We are hiring a bright, capable, client-facing Solutions Designer to join our growing product, BA, and functional team in a new permanent role created by continued business growth. The role is home-based with occasional trips to our London offices, but not on a monthly or weekly basis.
