Overview
BDO is an accountancy and business advisory firm that works with high‑growth businesses. The Advisory team delivers value‑led advice across strategy, operations, technology, risk, and transactional services.
Responsibilities
In Transaction Services you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support acquisitions, sale processes and capital market transactions. You will deliver data‑driven insights, manage tasks independently, collaborate with BDO directors and partners, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery.
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
- Previous staff supervision or management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and clear communication.
- Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development.
