Daily Duties

  • Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to client expectations
  • Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals
  • Produce and coordinate drawings, plans, reports, specifications, and technical information
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
  • Oversee project fees and invoicing with administrative support where required
  • Undertake site visits and attend project meetings as needed
  • Support business development activities and contribute to securing new work
  • Promote the practice and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also leading smaller project teams where appropriate

Ideal Candidate

  • ARB‑registered Architect with UK professional qualifications
  • Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge
  • Proficient in Revit (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice
  • Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages
  • Experience delivering both large-scale projects and multiple smaller schemes simultaneously
  • Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Experience coordinating technical design information and project submissions
  • Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality architectural solutions
