The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in managing end‑to‑end service delivery operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless client engagement. This role requires the candidate to travel within the UK (London).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloud‑based service delivery operations, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable environments.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Ensure high‑quality communication and articulation across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of ITSM processes within a managed services environment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Drive effective SLA management, monitoring performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide operational teams to deliver exceptional service quality and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in DC infrastructure, cloud technologies, and service operations management.
  • Proven experience in managed service delivery, particularly with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of SLA and performance management in service‑delivery environments.
