Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced developer to work on a range of applications, and process automation. This post plays a key role in enhancing the trust’s digital capabilities, supporting clinicians and other corporate staff to carry out their functions.

To qualify you must have 3‑5+ years of experience in a development role, creating new applications, process automation, and diagnosing errors quickly to resolve issues that might occur in existing deployments.

The post sits within the Digital Applications team, which is responsible for maintaining, configuring and developing the trust’s main clinical systems, as well as creating new innovative digital products. The team is organised into three areas: Support, Configuration, and Development, working together to provide a comprehensive digital applications service.

You will work closely with the trust’s CCIO, Project Management Office, Service Improvement Leads, operational managers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are correctly identified and introduced into service delivery.

Daily you can expect to work on a range of tasks, supporting existing products, developing new applications and process automations using a variety of coding languages and frameworks.
