  • Strong leadership capability, with the ability to coach, develop and performance‑manage teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at all levels across the business.
  • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data, systems and AI‑driven insights to interpret real‑time information, assess risks and make informed operational decisions.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach, with a drive to continuously improve processes, efficiency and colleague experience.
  • High levels of organisation and resilience, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • A strong sense of accountability, ensuring delivery is accurate, controlled and aligned to operational and commercial objectives.

  • Proven experience in resource delivery or operational deployment, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail – Essential.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, embedding performance standards and driving consistent delivery – Essential.
  • Confident working with planning and delivery systems, supporting issue resolution, testing and compliant system usage – Desirable.
  • Experience working with operational stakeholders, Trade Union partners and third‑party suppliers – Desirable.
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and control – Essential.
