An exciting opportunity has become available to work on the Digital business unit within Boeing Defence UK.

The role is for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. It requires a highly organised and detailed individual with strong project administration, co‑ordination skills and sound customer knowledge to create an environment of consistently well‑managed projects.

Previous or current experience of working within IT or the MOD supply chain programmes is desirable but relevant experience with other Government Departments may be acceptable.

Position Responsibilities

  • Governance & Administration: Coordinate, facilitate, and administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers; prepare high‑quality delivery status reports.
  • Triage & Communication: Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve moderate‑scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • The ability to gain UK Security Clearance
  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and prioritise tasks effectively to meet team goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Previous or current experience working within the IT sector.
  • Direct experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes or other UK Government Departments.
