You’ll lead the estate experience across elegant communal spaces, a concierge service and secure parking, creating a calm, well‑run environment for a discerning resident community. Role Expectations
You will be the on‑site leader, visible to residents and suppliers, orchestrating service delivery across concierge, cleaning, landscaping and M&E. Most days you’ll be inspecting the estate, resolving resident queries, driving compliance actions and coordinating contractors while keeping a close eye on budgets and reporting. You’ll set the tone for exceptional standards and collaborative teamwork.
What Success Looks Like
- Health and safety, statutory checks and actions are completed on time, with clear records and green audits.
- Residents feel known, listened to and confident that issues are resolved quickly and courteously.
- Communal areas, grounds and parking present at “show‑home” standards every day.
- Budgets are on track, value for money is achieved and costs are forecast and explained transparently.
- Contractors meet SLAs, risks are managed proactively and works are delivered right the first time.
- Communication is timely and clear, with concise reporting to clients and the Rendall & Rittner team.
How You’ll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Leading and motivating the on‑site concierge and estate team, planning rotas and holding effective 1:1s.
- Carrying out regular estate walks and compliance checks across buildings, plant rooms and parking.
- Coordinating contractors, reviewing RAMS, issuing permits to work and signing off quality on completion.
- Handling resident enquiries, keeping accurate records and sending clear updates on actions and outcomes.
- Managing budgets, purchase orders and invoices, and preparing reports and meeting packs.
- Partnering with the Property Manager and clients to plan maintenance, projects and improvement works.

Experience That Helps
- Leading on‑site operations at a high‑end residential or mixed‑use development.
- Managing concierge/front‑of‑house teams and service partners to clear SLAs.
- Coordinating H&S compliance, planned maintenance and reactive works across multiple buildings.
- Overseeing contracts for M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping and car park operations.
- Working with service charge budgets, forecasting and supplier invoicing.
