Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands‑on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM
• Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance
• Ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards
• Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement

Technical Capabilities

• Dataverse data modelling and management
• Power BI integration and reporting
• Integration with M365 (Teams, SharePoint) and external APIs
