HR Transformation & Process Analyst (Remote/UK Travel)

Lifeways Group is seeking a Transformation Business & Process Analyst to lead the redesign of HR processes as part of a significant transformation program. This role involves partnering with HR and Finance to implement a new HCM/ERP solution, improving the experience for over 10,000 colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR transformation projects and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes. This position is home-based with required travel within the UK.
