Paralegal – Islamic Finance

Paralegal – Islamic Finance – Bristol, full-time. We’re a forward-thinking UK law firm focused on innovation, collaboration, and ambition. What you’ll do

• Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title
• Draft facility and security documentation based on client templates
• Manage the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions
• Coordinate clear document management, including preparing/maintaining records
• Support with post-completion formalities including land registrations and SDLT returns
• Provide an excellent client service
• Ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
• Offer further support to our fee earners and team on more complex matters (with support)

What we’re looking for

• Paralegal experience (property or banking related) along with the desire to work in our Islamic Finance team. Specialist IF experience is not essential
• Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude
• Excellent clear, concise and effective written communication skills together with great attention to detail
• A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
