FP&A Manager — Build a Best-in-Class Finance Function

Stanton House is seeking an FP&A Manager located in Reading (Hybrid – 3 days office) to establish and lead the FP&A function. You will report directly to the CFO and work autonomously to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires a fully qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience. The successful candidate will drive financial insight and data quality within a growing Private Equity-backed business.
