We’re looking for a proactive Workday HCM Support Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of the day‑to‑day running, enhancement, and optimisation of our recently implemented Workday platform (HCM + Finance).

What you’ll be doing
- Be the go‑to person for first and second line support across Workday HCM
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams globally to enhance functionality and streamline processes
- Partner with our Workday Finance Support Analyst and AMS providers to manage integrations, releases, and security
- Deliver and test solutions for new features, fixes, and code migrations
- Support Workday release testing and deployment twice a year
- Train new users and act as a Workday ambassador across the business
- Maintain a clean, auditable record of system changes and design governance
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Workday professional — configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of core HR processes (hire‑to‑retire), security roles, domains, and integrations
- Hands‑on knowledge of Core HCM, Time Off/Absence, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, and related modules
- Experience with custom reports, calculated fields, and condition rules
- Familiarity with EIBs, web services, and release management
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate globally
