Mandarin speaking Officer of Operation

Salary up to £36k, depending on experience.

Office based – Permanent. Start: ASAP.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct loan credit reviews on borrower’s cases regularly.
• File and collect borrower’s financial and business information such as annual report, financial covenant, rating reports, etc.
• Update company credit rating and give special attention to major goodwill or asset impairment if it occurs.
• Update financial information including changes in ratios and any business news that affects the balance sheet and income statement of the company.
• Perform loan drawdowns, repayments, interest repricing, and interest payments.
• Process amortization for premium/discount loans.
• Execute money market transactions.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Receive incoming and outgoing Swift messages of previous day and sign incoming.

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Good written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑directed with good time‑management skills.
• Willing to learn and open to job rotation within the department.
