Youth Development Officer – NEET Engagement & Coaching Lead

Weston College is looking for a Kings Trust Youth Development Officer to join their team in Weston-super-Mare. This full-time role includes 37 working hours per week focused on engaging young people, especially those facing barriers, through creative outreach and personal development sessions.

The successful candidate will design workshops and coaching activities to motivate and support young individuals, helping them set and achieve personal goals.
