Staff Nurse

Overview

We are looking for an experienced RMN/RNLD/RGN to join Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well in a team, and is committed to delivering high quality care to our service users.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 12 months post‑qualification nursing experience
• Registered Mental Health nurse (RMN), Registered Nurse Local Delivery (RNLD) or Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Experience in the NHS or private sector in the UK
• Knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and welfare of service users
• Valid DBS disclosure

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and support to service users in a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain specialist skills in mental health and related areas
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve patient outcomes
