About Your Role

The Inclusion Specialist will lead a new approach to teacher development, fostering expertise and confidence across the workforce. Acting as a poolside expert, the specialist will educate other teachers on inclusive delivery, promoting confidence without isolation.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and a proven track record of delivering swimming activities that are safe, enjoyable, and challenging for this group.

Ideally you hold a minimum of SEQ Level 2. Holding a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) is advantageous, but motivated and driven individuals will be supported in achieving these qualifications through continuous learning and development.
