Are you an experienced and motivated paediatric nurse looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Band 7 Paediatric Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic Children’s Emergency Department team.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert clinical leadership within a fast-paced and rewarding environment, delivering high-quality, child- and family-centred emergency care. You will support the day-to-day operational management of the department, act as a clinical role model, and contribute to the development of nursing practice, education, and service improvement. You will work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care for children and young people presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in paediatric emergency or acute children’s nursing, excellent clinical decision-making skills, and a passion for supporting and developing others.
