Colten Care is seeking a Clinical Quality Manager based at Colten House, Ringwood. You will lead efforts in clinical excellence across our homes, supporting Clinical Leads and ensuring high standards of care.
Your role involves ongoing visits to homes, guiding nursing teams, and implementing clinical policies to uphold quality standards. A proven leader with a Registered Nurse qualification, you will ideally have experience in risk management and clinical governance.
This full-time position includes a salary of £77,000 per annum plus benefits, such as a car allowance and bonus.
