Responsibilities & Qualifications
You should have experience of working with vulnerable children, including working at a senior level in a children’s residential care home. Along with this, you should also have the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent. You will need to be an excellent people manager who is experienced at leading, inspiring and motivating people in this type of setting to ensure exceptional care for children.
Remuneration
Salary ranges from £48,072 to £54,992 per annum, plus an additional honorarium. Cheshire West and Chester Council have adopted a Local Living Wage for our employees which means that all employees will receive a minimum of £13.45 per hour for all contracted hours.
