We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our team. This role involves providing assessment, intervention and support to older people who reside in care home placements.
You will work collaboratively with families, carers and multi‑agency partners to ensure timely, safe and effective care.

09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
