Responsibilities
- Lead Connections Planning for the Baby Feeding category, delivering fully integrated, always‑on POE plans across all channels to drive both short‑term ROI and long‑term brand equity.
- Partner with Tier 1 agencies to develop best‑in‑class POE strategies that elevate execution standards and deliver against key JTBDs.
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards and align with approved strategy, local best practices, and Global Danone Playbooks.
- Build strong collaboration with the Digital Experience team, embedding their expertise at critical stages of the ICP process to maximise effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless channel integration across retail media, D‑Commerce, and shopper marketing to optimise spend efficiency and drive conversion across both online and offline channels.
- Partner closely with the Integrated Comms Manager to deliver campaigns on time and in full (OTIF) throughout the ICP Process.
- Champion performance excellence, working with our Media Analyst to monitor campaigns, optimise in‑flight performance, and embed robust post‑campaign learning.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to category brand teams, helping to develop communication strategies that maximise business impact.
- Support the Head of Connected Planning in defining priorities and maximising the effectiveness of the Connected Planning function.
- Lead key Connected Planning initiatives that enable more transversal ways of working and build organisational capability.
About You
- Media planning and digital marketing expert with an in‑depth knowledge of media planning but equally comfortable with Retail Media, Ecommerce and Shopper ecosystems.
- Skilled at developing campaigns which deliver brand goals across the full funnel.
- Good understanding of how paid media drives digital engagement and interacts with offline media, particularly in the retail environment.
- Strong understanding of addressable media, audience targeting and enrichment.
- Planning and activation expertise across all main channels, including TV, BVOD, VOD, OOH, display, search, social PPC & SEO.
- Highly organised and able to work in fast‑paced, evolving context.
- Accountable & results driven with good stakeholder management at all levels.
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + bonus & benefits.
