We’re now looking for a Transport first line manager to play a key role in our transport logistics operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Supervise/ manage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
- Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
- People management including absence, discipliners and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
- Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence
- Support direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with are site teams.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Transport logistics experience
- Transport legal compliance desirable
- Transport health and safety compliance
- Pro active can work well under pressure
- Microsoft office, apps, excel, good knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
