Gas Engineer responsibilities
- Service and maintain industrial gas-fired equipment
- Follow pre-planned job schedules with clear instructions
- Travel to customer sites across the UK around three days per week
- Work from a Birmingham base two days per week
- Liaise with internal technical teams for support when required
- Participate in annual project work with limited overnight stays
Gas Engineer requirements
- Experience as a Gas Engineer in commercial or industrial environments
- Gas qualifications such as ACS, COCN1, ICPN1 or related certifications, current or lapsed
- Full UK driving licence and valid UK passport
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and on customer sites
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight on occasion
Salary and benefits
- Total package £60,000 to £65,000
- £45,000 basic salary plus overtime and travel pay
- Company car provided

- Overtime paid after 8 hours including travel
- Early finish at 1pm every Friday
