This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the electrical knowledge already within their current team. Shift Pattern
- Week 1 – Mon‑Fri 7am‑3pm
- Week 2 – Mon‑Fri 3pm‑11pm
- Week 3 – Mon‑Thu 11pm‑7am
Role
- Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to an agreed standard, ensuring safe working always.
- Ensure all site assets are maintained to a high standard, meet site requirements and are reliable.
- Use SAP to capture all maintenance activities (training will be provided).
- Attain the engineering standards across the site by providing functional support and expertise.
- Perform on relevant Engineering KPIs.
- Ensure a robust and clearly communicated safe system of work is applied for all activities that you undertake, with proper risk assessment.
- Ensure parts are booked out correctly to help control stock levels in stores.
- Work effectively as a team with both the engineering team and production.
- Be flexible with working hours, including shift cover and overtime.
- Good communication skills.
- Fault finding experience with good diagnostic skills.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery
- Understanding of PPM systems
