Job Description:
Dsm is looking for a highly skilled fragrance developer to lead the entire fragrance development cycle for assigned accounts. You will collaborate closely with perfumers, technical teams, and marketing to craft fragrance solutions that meet customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in fragrance development, with a strong focus on home and/or surface cleaning fragrances. Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills are essential for this role.
