Production Manager (12–24m) – Turnaround & Quality Bonus

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager for a 12‑month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to extend to 24 months. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small manufacturing site and implement quality improvements.

The position offers a salary of £50,000 plus a profit bonus of 10-20% and 33 days holiday. Candidates must have production management experience and a strong understanding of quality and health & safety systems.
