You’ll play a key role in ensuring critical manufacturing equipment, cleanroom facilities and site infrastructure operate safely, reliably and efficiently, while leading a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing engineering and maintenance teams.
- Driving equipment reliability, uptime and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Supporting site compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Managing engineering projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with production, quality and senior leadership teams.
- Ensuring facilities and utilities remain fit for purpose to support business growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering leadership experience or a clear desire to step into a management role.
- Strong background in maintenance, engineering operations or facilities management.
- Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, food, chemical or similar.
- Cleanroom experience is essential.
- A hands‑on, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
