Are you a Refrigeration Engineer looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Refrigeration Technician or Service Engineer ready for a fresh challenge? Our Refrigeration Engineer role based in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield could be exactly what you have been looking for, supporting some of the UK’s leading businesses with specialist temperature control equipment. Working within our Temperature Control Solutions Business Unit, you will help prepare, maintain and test refrigeration equipment to the highest standards, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable and efficient solutions every time.

Carry out repairs, servicing and testing of refrigeration equipment before dispatch to customer sites. Diagnose faults, replace components and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability. Support equipment installations, modular build projects and occasional customer site visits. Work closely with apprentices and colleagues, helping to develop skills and share knowledge within the workshop. Ensure all testing, calibration and F‑Gas documentation is completed accurately and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain and test refrigeration equipment to the highest standards.
  • Carry out repairs, servicing and testing of refrigeration equipment before dispatch to customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Valid F‑Gas qualification.
  • Previous refrigeration experience gained in workshop, service or maintenance environments.
  • Full UK driving licence and comfort attending customer sites when required.
  • Strong focus on quality, safety and customer service.
