Company Description
Aura Technical Services Ltd is a specialist MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) management consultancy supporting Tier 1 main contractors and clients on complex construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. The company focuses on technically demanding, high-risk work where MEP performance and experienced technical leadership are critical to successful delivery. Aura provides end-to-end MEP management support across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and design management through delivery, commissioning, and handover. The team integrates closely with planning functions, leads site installations and subcontractors, and manages client interfaces with clear, structured reporting. Aura is also developing AuraAI, an in-house AI-powered MEP management platform that enhances technical decision‑making, automates reporting, and supports teams with real‑time project insight.

Day‑to‑day tasks include producing design calculations, drawings, and specifications; supporting pre‑construction technical reviews; and collaborating with mechanical and public health engineers to deliver coordinated solutions. The role involves working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, support installation quality, and contribute to commissioning and handover documentation. The Electrical Design Engineer will also engage with emerging tools such as AuraAI and participate in continuous improvement of design and delivery processes.
