What Is Involved
- Provide quality support for new product development.
- Maintain complaint and CAPA processes.
- Hold reporting responsibilities for other quality team members.
- Implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Systems and processes in accordance with the organisation’s objectives.
- Investigate opportunities for improvements and implement improvements in line with the organisation’s objectives.
- Conduct internal audits and external audits as required.
- Represent the quality team on projects to ensure compliance with QMS’s.
- Support the organisation’s relationship with customers and regulators from a quality viewpoint.
- Represent the organisation’s image of high integrity at all times when representing internally and externally.
- Represent the Quality Manager when required and have authorities in accordance with the Authorising Signatories process as defined in the Quality Management System.
- Perform any other duties reasonably expected of the post holder given their knowledge, position, skills and experience.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience of ISO13485 or similar.
- Minimum 5 years working in manufacturing.
- Data analysis experience.
- LEAN knowledge.
- Experience in new product development.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Team leadership experience.
- Electrical systems manufacturing experience.
Skills
- Able to manage a busy workload.
- Good problem solving ability and root cause identification skills.
- People management skills.
- Able to communicate to all levels within the organization.
