Role Overview
We’re looking for a Protection Consultant to deliver tailored protection solutions for clients across the UK. This national role involves managing a portfolio of business and personal protection clients, building trust‑based relationships, expanding coverage lines, and driving new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business and personal protection clients.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships, serving as the go‑to adviser for clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve coverage lines and service delivery.
- Generate new business, exceed sales targets, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Deliver outstanding service and tailored protection solutions across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the protection market, including products, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent client‑relationship building and service delivery skills.
- Clear and confident communication, making complex topics easy to understand.
- Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech‑savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Committed to professional growth and compliance excellence.
- Right to work in the UK. Holding DipPFS or R04 qualification is advantageous.
