Protection Consultant

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Protection Consultant to deliver tailored protection solutions for clients across the UK. This national role involves managing a portfolio of business and personal protection clients, building trust‑based relationships, expanding coverage lines, and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business and personal protection clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships, serving as the go‑to adviser for clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow and improve coverage lines and service delivery.
• Generate new business, exceed sales targets, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Deliver outstanding service and tailored protection solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the protection market, including products, policies, and compliance.
• Excellent client‑relationship building and service delivery skills.
• Clear and confident communication, making complex topics easy to understand.
• Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Committed to professional growth and compliance excellence.
• Right to work in the UK. Holding DipPFS or R04 qualification is advantageous.
