Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division Required!
RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.
Duration: Permanent – Office Based
Start Date: 10‑06‑2026
Pay Rate: Up to £30,000 per year (basic salary, DOE) + uncapped commission
OTE: £80,000+ | Company Car after qualifying period

The Role
- Winning new business and developing strong client relationships
- Growing and managing your own recruitment desk
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Managing vacancies from brief to placement
- Building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (essential)
- Background in Construction, Industrial, Driving, Logistics or similar sectors (preferred)
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Driven, target‑focused mindset
- An enjoyment of building and developing long‑term relationships
