Job Description:

Salary: £26,000 – 26,000 per year

Requirements:

  • A strong team player and comfortable working independently
  • Highly numerate; confident and enjoy working with data
  • Logical, clear thinker with the ability to think about materiality and work carefully with an excellent eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills and awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Confident using all MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel
  • Confident liaising with external businesses via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
  • Entitlement to work in the UK
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Experience using Excel
  • Customer service experience: 1 year
  • Microsoft Excel experience: 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage more complex or larger projects
  • Perform calculations using large data sets, working with Excel and other in-house data management systems
  • Work independently on projects with minimal supervision, including ownership of deadlines and delivery, and timely escalation where required
  • Deliver great customer service for client-facing work, particularly on independent projects
  • Suggest and implement changes to improve assigned projects
  • Ensure quality and accuracy are maintained in project work completed
  • Support the training and mentoring of new staff
  • Contribute to a supportive, positive and energetic working environment that supports our mission and objectives
  • Carry out other appropriate duties in support of our business goals
