RedGreen Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner based in the North West, to lead the people strategy for a growing regulated business. This strategic role will require close collaboration with executive teams and involves key responsibilities such as managing sensitive employee relations, organisational design, and providing data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial judgement, strong expertise in employment law, and the ability to influence decisions at an executive level. Salary is up to £70,000 plus benefits, requiring on-site presence four days a week.
