Global Plant Food Safety & Quality Leader

Ferrero in Swanwick CP is seeking a Plant Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead all aspects of food safety and quality across the plant. You will ensure compliance with Ferrero’s global standards, drive continuous improvement, and develop the Plant Quality team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in food manufacturing quality, a degree in Food Quality or related fields, and strong leadership skills. This role offers an opportunity to significantly influence food safety culture and quality standards at Ferrero.
