Residential Property Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing from inception to completion independently.
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Work independently from a regional office while integrating and collaborating effectively with a larger remote team.
• Possess supervisory skills as required, though immediate supervision may not be required.
• Make a significant impact within the local community and establish yourself as a key player in the field.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with a minimum of six years of experience.
• Confidence and capability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Comprehensive legal and technical expertise in all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business development skills.
• Team‑oriented, commercially savvy and goal‑oriented, flexible with a can‑do attitude, committed and loyal, willing to go the extra mile, honest and transparent, innovative and forward‑thinking, possess a common‑sense approach.
