The Role

This position is all about expanding ourfootprint in the off-trade retail market. You will be the driving force behindgrowing our premium spirits portfolio in prestige retail, indie retail, nationalretail and e-commerce platforms, whilst building on initial success within the grocerychannel. You’llknow how to make things happen — using your existing relationships where youcan, quickly identifying what’s needed, and building a clear path to deliverit.

You’ll be commercially sharp and strategic, with a clearunderstanding of the realities of building brands in market, while alwayspushing to maximise visibility, value, and velocity across every retailcustomer. You’ll likely be established in one retail channel already, but eagerto broaden your impact across the full off-trade landscape.

We’re looking for someone with strong off-trade experience, asolid network, and a deep understanding of how commercial strategy translatesinto listings, distribution, and long-term profitable relationships. You’llstay close to the market, tuned into trends and always alert to newopportunities.

As this role covers a wide geographic area, strongrelationship-building skills — both in person and virtually — are essential.Travel to meetings, customer visits, and our offices will also be necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Brand advocacy– Demonstrating to customers the value of our brands.
  • Driving sales andgrowth – Securing new listings, expanding distribution and smashing your salestargets.
  • Strategic accountmanagement – Building business plans, managing costs and maximising profit.
  • Commercial execution– Negotiating and delivering commercial agreements with key retail players.
  • Market intelligence– Staying ahead of trends and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Retail activation– Delivering brand training, promotional activities and in-store activations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven off-trade experience – A solid background inselling spirits or drinks to the retail sector.
  • Commercially savvy – A strong grasp of retail margins,ROI, and sales figures.
  • Industry knowledge – A deep passion for spirits,including production methods and market trends.
  • A self-starter – Thrives on autonomy and developingstrategic business plans.
  • Exceptional communicator – Confident, persuasive, andable to build relationships remotely.
  • Existing industry contacts – Already well-connected inthe retail drinks sector.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel – While the roleis mostly remote, travel (including overnight stays) will be required.
  • Bonus skills – Brand training experience and cocktailknowledge are a plus!

Working Pattern

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to event and business needs. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
