Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
Handle all incoming new and used enquiries, sell the full range of products available, and liaise with all depots and service departments. A passion for agricultural machinery and the industry is essential.
Responsibilities
- Identification and regular contact of customers and prospects
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Preparation of quotes and customer follow‑up
- Cultivation and nurturing of export and trade contacts
- Arranging demonstrations with the Sales Support Specialists as required
- Preparation of trade‑in appraisals and estimated PDI budgets
- Ensuring efficient, correct and timely completion of paperwork and online systems
- Representing the company at shows and open events
- Liability with finance house representatives, where necessary, to provide customers with a finance quote that suits their requirements

Conditions
Based at our Lathom depot, with daily customer visits. At times may be required to perform duties outside of this job description to ensure a high level of service to our customers.
