Equity & Inclusion Champion for Education

Monmouthshire is seeking a highly skilled Equity and Inclusion Officer to promote inclusive educational practices across the region. This new operational role involves working closely with schools and partners to enhance support for vulnerable children and improve their access to education.

The officer will provide direct support to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management, wellbeing, and inclusion, aiming to reduce exclusions and build capacity within the educational system.
