Recruitment Consultant-Driving Division

Coats Recruitment are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the business and focus on the Driving & Logistics sector.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, offering the opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle whilst developing new business relationships and growing your presence within the market. We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven background within driving recruitment.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Developing and growing relationships with both new and existing clients
• Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics sector
• Sourcing, interviewing and registering HGV, LGV and van driving candidates
• Conducting client meetings, service reviews and site visits
• Negotiating rates, margins and terms of business
• Ensuring compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed and maintained
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of available candidates
• Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards individual and branch revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a 360 recruitment role
• Experience recruiting within the Driving industry
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Full UK Driving Licence
