As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children’s residential care home that specialises in support for children and young people with learning disabilities.
The home is a 4 bedded children’s home.
The service is based in Roterham.
You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, within a children’s residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.
Pay
Pay: Up to £72,000
- Up to £60,000 salary
- Bonuses including a starting bonus of £5,000 and up to a 10% KPI related bonus
Hours & Contract
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5, + on calls
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Duties
- Work with the RI to manage children’s residential care home
- Hold OFSTED registration for children’s home
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with learning disabilities and autism
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage staff team within the service
- Manage recruitment and staffing
- Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Manage budget
