Climbing Duty Officer: Lead Sessions & Route Setting

The University of Surrey is seeking a CWI or CWDI Qualified Climbing Duty Officer to join our team at Surrey Sports Park. You will be responsible for running climbing sessions for individuals of all ages and abilities, while overseeing a team of instructors and managing bookings.

This part-time role includes significant responsibilities such as route setting and acting as a point of escalation for team issues. Weekend and evening availability is essential, along with a passion for climbing.
