Overview

Leadership role responsible for building and scaling the global BDR function across UK and US.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global BDR team (UK + US)
• Define outbound strategy and playbooks
• Set KPIs, targets, and performance management
• Hire, coach, and develop BDRs
• Align closely with sales leadership and AEs
• Drive pipeline generation across all regions

Requirements

• Proven experience leading BDR/SDR teams
• Background in cybersecurity / MSSP / SaaS strongly preferred
• Experience building teams from scratch (key)
• Strong operational and coaching capabilityComfortable in high‑growth, PE‑backed environment
