Live School Refurbishment Foreman (Hands-On Lead)

Madigan Gill is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee a school refurbishment project in Purley. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure high standards of safety and efficiency.

Suitable candidates must have proven experience in construction, a valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A full UK driving license and enhanced DBS check are required for this role.
