Modern Workplace Project Manager (M365 Copilot)

The Role

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner who are investing heavily in AI and Copilot-led transformations. They’re looking for a Modern Workplace Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery across a growing portfolio of Microsoft 365 and Copilot engagements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading delivery of Modern Workplace & M365 programmes across multiple clients
• Driving Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, from pilot through to enterprise rollout
• Managing stakeholders across business and technical teams in client environments
• Supporting pre-sales activity, including solution shaping and project scoping
• Overseeing adoption, change management, and training strategies
• Ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices for governance, security, and compliance
• Tracking delivery performance, value realisation, and ROI from Copilot usage

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering Modern Workplace / M365 projects within a consultancy or partner environment
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive)
• Exposure to or hands‑on delivery of Microsoft Copilot / AI workplace tools
• Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate in a client-facing, advisory
• Solid delivery background (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a Microsoft Partner
• Knowledge of Purview, security & compliance, or data governance
• Microsoft or Project Management certifications
