A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage an exceptional residential care home based in Brede, East Sussex. The role is with one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
This residential care home supports adults with learning disabilities, including those with autism, diabetes, Down syndrome or epilepsy.
To be considered for this role you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of support for people with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver person‑centred care of the highest quality.
- Ensure delivery of best practice in social care while continually developing the service.
- Apply strong management of people and processes to support the service’s success.

Benefits
The successful Registered Manager will receive an annual salary of £45,000 and will have a permanent full‑time role of 40 hours per week. Additional benefits include:
