Deputy Manager – Therapeutic Care for Young People

Sgs-Care-Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager for our Children’s Home located in Finedon, Wellingborough. You will facilitate exceptional care for young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The role requires a hands-on approach in leading the team while managing responsibilities collaboratively with the Registered Manager.

Candidates should possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have at least one year of experience working with young people with EBD. This permanent position offers a full-time role with a salary between £28,000 and £31,000, in addition to shift payments for sleep-ins.
