Project Coordinator | Normanton, West Yorkshire (office-based)
Salary: £30,000-£32,000, dependent on experience
Full-time, Permanent / 8am-5pm
We are looking for a Project Coordinator on behalf of a highly regarded business within the signage and project delivery sector.
This is not just another coordination role.

Responsibilities
- Support multiple live projects to keep delivery on track
- Raise production and installation packs
- Coordinate supplier purchase orders and chase progress
- Monitor stock and liaise with production teams
- Support documentation including H&S permits and project packs
- Coordinate with logistics and installation teams on timings and access
- Communicate with suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with project planning and ensure key milestones are met
Requirements
- Experience in signage, commercial fit-out, or a similar sector
- Experience in project coordination, client services or client delivery
- Proactive, organised, and take ownership
- You don’t wait to be chased; you stay one step ahead
- You communicate clearly and promptly
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- You enjoy working as part of a team delivering to deadlines
- You want to learn, develop, and progress
- Experience within signage, construction, or a similar project-led environment is essential
