Become the welcoming face of KFC, creating a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a welcoming energy and genuine smile.
  • Answer menu questions, promote specials, and help guests choose items.
  • Assist guests using kiosks or the app, simplifying digital ordering.
  • Monitor crowd flow, reduce wait times, and keep guests informed of order status.
  • Resolve complaints calmly; involve Team Leader or GM when additional support is needed.
  • Support the team and help elevate service standards daily.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident with everyone.
  • Quick‑thinking and capable of solving problems under pressure.
  • Tech‑savvy: comfortable with digital ordering systems and able to guide guests.
  • Team player who supports colleagues and the overall service.
